Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends Features

Players begin with a small city that they can expand with various "districts." Each district will provide bonuses and upgrades for the city and/or units:
# Military District: These districts provide some units, while at the same time offering defense and an increase to the housing cap of the nation.
# Guild District: This increases the commerce cap of the nation and allows for the collecting of more resources.
# Merchant District: This allows for more research points (for technology tracks) and more caravans for trade.
# Palace District: This can only be built after the other three have been completed. This allows the city to increase size and hit points, while offering bonuses to the other districts.
